Student Support Team

At Winona Area Public Schools, we are committed to ensuring every student receives the support they need to succeed. As part of our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), our Student Support Teams work collaboratively to identify and address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Using a data-driven approach, our teams develop targeted interventions, monitor progress, and adjust support to help each student thrive.

The Student Support Team brings together teachers, counselors, social workers, administrators, and specialists to ensure students receive the right level of support — whether it’s through classroom strategies, small-group interventions, or individualized services. By working closely with families and leveraging school and community resources, we create an inclusive, student-centered environment where all learners feel empowered and ready to succeed.
