Colin Fedor Second Grade

The instructional coaches have put together a one-page resource that will help parents and guardians with logins, technical issues, and other tricks for devices and learning platforms to help guide their student(s) through distance learning.

There are two different documents, one for students in Early Childhood through Grade 4 (i.e., students who attend Goodview, Jefferson and Washington-Kosciusko), and another for students in Grades 5-12 (Winona Middle School, Winona Senior High School, Winona Area Learning Center).

The EC-Grade 4 version features how to log into your student’s Chromebook or Seesaw accounts, how to solve Chromebook and iPad issues, where to find Google Meet links and common troubleshooting tips.

The Grade 5-12 version features how to login to the Chromebook and Infinite Campus, how to submit assignments on Schoology, how to take attendance, tips for Google Meet and tips for making your Chromebook run at peak efficiency.

Both documents also contain a link for the Student Technical Support Request Form, which should be used after exhausting all other options and advice on the document.

There are more resources available at the WAPS Tips for Teaching and Learning website, which also includes helpful information for staff in addition to students and families.
