'Zooming into Kindergarten' aims to help transition to WAPS

The transition to kindergarten is an exciting step into lifelong learning. But it can also raise your anxiety levels. 

To help families navigate this step, Winona Area Public Schools teachers and principals will film a series of video conferencing calls geared toward parents and guardians of incoming kindergartners called "Zooming into Kindergarten." The first episode featured teachers Mrs. Scott, Mrs. Kulzer, Mrs. Woodard and Mr. Norman, as well as principal Mrs. Lueck, and centered around what a typical day in kindergarten looks like, from eating breakfast and playing on the playground before the first bell rings to that moment when the student boards the bus at the end of the day.
