Winona FFA team to compete at state

The Winona FFA Fish & Wildlife Team earned the right to compete at the 2020 Minnesota State FFA Convention after participating in contests at Plainview, Minn. Winona competed against individuals from 19 FFA Chapters in southeastern Minnesota.
The team of Emily Schreiber, Mason Merchlewitz, Nicole Tye, K-LaRae Christensen and Makenzie Drache placed third in its contest and was led by Schreiber, who placed fourth individually out of 100 participants.
The Minnesota State FFA contest will be held on April 20 on the University of Minnesota-St. Paul campus.
