Thank a Coach/Adviser Week: Kenzie Antczak is 'always encouraging'

Kenzie Antczak Thank a Coach/Adviser

Kenzie Antczak, right, always has time for her softball players, whether it is a question about the sport they love or about life in general.

Winona Area Public Schools is joining several organizations and schools across the state to celebrate “Thank a Coach/Adviser Week,” and it invites the Winhawk community to contribute. Was there a coach or adviser in Winona Area Public Schools who made a difference in your life, or the life of your children? Tell us about it. We'll share some of the responses on social media and on our website.

Our first thank you honors Kenzie Antczak, a softball coach:

"She is always supportive and is always there if you have a problem, whether it is a question about softball or a life problem. She is always encouraging and wants you to strive for your best."

"Thank you, Ms. A. for always pushing me and believing in me. You always made me laugh and smile during practice, which always put me in a good mood and made me perform better. Thank you for being the best softball coach and teacher!"
