Winona Area Public SchoolsCharles and Judy Shepard have pledged, once again, to match up to $5,000 for any donations that come through the end of the year to support the Foundation for Winona Area Public Schools.
The mission of the Foundation for WAPS is to enrich and expand educational opportunities in Winona Area Public Schools. Recent times have been more challenging than others and it counts on the work of volunteers and our donors to help it move forward to support important programs and projects that would otherwise not be funded through normal district resources. Charles and Judy Shepard are some of those donors.
