October Staff of the Month

Wendy Denzer has been selected Winona Area Public Schools Staff of the Month because of her extreme dedication. She goes above and beyond to find ways to benefit students along with going the extra mile to establish positive relationships. She has developed a trust and an approach that allows students to trust her and be receptive towards her. Wendy collaborates closely with her peers to exhaust all opportunities and seeks solutions that benefit the whole child. Mark Anderson, Principal at Winona Senior High School said, “Wendy is amazing, she works extremely hard to support her students. She is a great leader to her peers and is always looking to find other opportunities to support her students.” Wendy spends her mornings as a Playground Supervisor at Goodview Elementary and the rest of the school day at Winona Senior High School as an Education Assistant.
