Goodview Elementary – Dylan Pellowski 1st Grade
Goodview Elementary student of the month is Dylan Pellowski. Dylan is the first to always find a way to help a classmate or teacher. He is kind to his peers and works exceptionally hard at every task he is assigned to. We have enjoyed having Dylan in our class and he is a fabulous first grader!
Jefferson Elementary – Julian Winn Kindergarten
Jefferson Elementary student of the month is Julian Winn. Julian is a kindergartener that is always happy! He smiles at everyone he comes in contact with, says hi and asks how they are. Many students know Julian and love saying hi to him. He is very affectionate and loves giving hugs or high fives. He has an up lifting personality and is a joy to be around!
Washington-Kosciusko Elementary – Bella Jore 3rd Grade
Washington-Kosciusko Elementary student of the month is Bella Jore. Bella is a 3rd grade student that comes to school every day with a big smile on her face and it stays all day. She has a positive attitude and enjoys making new friends at school. She is always the first to give hugs when needed and works hard on all her school activities.
Winona Middle School – Jay-Veon Blackmond-Joswick 8th Grade
Winona Middle School student of the month is Jay-Veon Blackmond-Joswick. Jay-Veon is an 8th grade students who does an amazing job showing kindness to his peers. He goes out of his way to make sure all students are included in activity and treats everyone fair and respectfully. Jay-Veon shows these acts of kindness to peers very selflessly and without drawing attention to himself. He is a very nice, mature young man.
Winona Senior High School - Nicole Banicki 11th Grade
Winona Senior High School student of the month is Nicole Banicki. Nicole is an 11th grader who is a strong leader. Nicole always accepts leadership opportunities and displays leadership skills. She is a role model to students both in her classrooms and in her activities that she participates in here at school. She is an excellent student who is always trying to become a better student and person.
ALC – Austin Peplinksi 12th Grade
Winona Area Learning Center student of the month is Austin Peplinksi. Austin is a 12th grade student that enjoys basketball, hiking and being with family. He is thriving at the ALC because he has the opportunity to work at his own pace and has established strong connections with teachers and staff. Austin favorite subjects are history and math. He believes that if you work hard for what you want and allow someone to help you along the way, anything is possible.
