Winona Area Public Schools
We have determined the process for returning student technology devices. In order to make sure students can use the devices throughout the remainder of distance learning, these collection times will take place following the end of the school year.
In order to make sure we keep our staff safe and adhere to social distancing guidelines, we are asking families to return devices on assigned days based on the last name of the parent or guardian.
Please return all Chromebooks and iPads, along with their power cords, to Winona Middle School, 1570 Homer Road near door E2. Families are asked to enter through the Homer Road entrance and exit on Bundy Blvd. You will remain in your vehicle and district staff will collect the devices from you. District staff will also provide you with a receipt listing all returned devices.
The days to return devices are as follows:
- Parent/guardian last names A-H: Wednesday, June 10
- Parent/guardian last names I-P: Thursday, June 11
- Parent/guardian last names Q-Z: Friday, June 12
- Alternate return date: Tuesday, June 16
The times to return the devices are from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
If transportation is an issue, please contact your school’s office to make alternative arrangements to return the devices.
