Having trouble setting up your Parent Portal account?

Hello families, 

We have heard from some families that they have not been able to create a new Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. 

In order to create a Parent Portal account, you will need to find your Activation Key. An Activation Key was automatically emailed to the email account you used when registering your student. Sometimes these emails end up in Junk or Spam folders. 

Here are some things you can search in your email account to find this information: 

  • Sender: waps.information@winonaschools.org
  • Email topic: Infinite Campus Portal Activation
  • Search in both your inbox and your Junk or Spam folder

If you still cannot find your email, please contact the district at portal.help@winona.k12.mn.us

If you have found the email, go to Step 7 under the To Set up Your Account section. 

There will be a 32 character Activation Key. 

Copy the activation key, and refer to the document linked here. Follow the steps within the document.
