Are your child's immunizations up to date? We're hosting in-school clinics next week
Hello Winhawk families,
We want to make it as easy as possible for your child to stay healthy and ready for school. In partnership with Winona Health School-Based Health Clinics and Winona County Health and Human Services, we are offering upcoming immunization days for students who may need required school vaccinations.
These clinics will be held at:
- Thursday, April 16, at 9 a.m. Winona Senior High School Community Annex Building
- Tuesday, April 21, at 9 a.m. Winona Middle School
If your child is not up to date on required immunizations, this is a convenient opportunity to take care of it right at school. Appointments will be billed to insurance, just like a visit to your child’s primary care provider, and records will be updated accordingly.
To participate, please complete the registration/consent form and return it to your school’s health office by Monday, April 13.
If you have questions or would like more information, you can visit winonahealth.org/schoolclinics or call Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine at 507-457-7607.
We know keeping up with health requirements can be challenging, and we’re here to support you. Thank you for helping ensure all students are safe, healthy and ready to learn.
