Winona Area Public Schools Childcare Center at the Area Learning Center (ALC) and Semcac Early Head Start (EHS) collaborate to expand high quality early learning opportunities for infants and toddlers ages 6 weeks to 36 months. Early Head Start provides young children and their families with an array of comprehensive services, including health, nutritional, behavioral, and family services.

The ALC childcare center is a licensed center designed to serve infants and toddlers of teen parents in Winona Area Public Schools. The center uses Creative Curriculum for infants and toddlers.
